Job description: Retail Sales Associate Caratlane HSR Layout, BangaloreThe ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing, and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate must possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Answer questions about products and services Assist with inventory management
- Demo and explain products and services to customers
- Stack and display goods for sale
- Accept payments and record sales using cash registers
Education1. MCOM / Bachelor degree from a reputed university/college2. MS Office & proficiency in excel is a mustSkills1. Knowledge of handling Retail Store Operations2. Selling & customer service3.
