Job description: Job Title : RFID Operations ReferentJob Location : BangaloreWork from OfficeExperience : 0 to 2 years ” Freshers Highly prefferedHiring for one of the top companies in BangaloreFreshers can be considered from elecronics and mechanical stream / other stream those who are willing to learn new technologiescandidates should be ready to learn new technologiesJOB DESCRIPTION:Operations:Be the first point of contact and the representative of RFID for Decathlon for all business needsResponsible for allocating the RFID readers and RFID baskets for the stores across India on basis of requirementsShould understand the requirements of the BusinessResponsible for preparing a standard operating procedure for the RFID rackets and allocate the rackets across all storesBe proactive in communicating new updates to the store and the warehouse teamBe in sync with the stakeholders on the requirements and prioritiesDocumentation on standardizing RFID practices ( User manuals,playbook, SOP’s)Preparing business case for the projects (cost analysis,comparison on solutions,critical to success criteria)Collaboration with different teams, Stakeholders, Business team, CustomersProduct:Research and stay up-to date with the latest tech offerings in the RFID spaceRecommend new tech for solutions in the Decathlon scopeStay connected with the campus team on the all the offerings of the RFID and prepare a portfolio of solutionsContinuously upgrade himself and learn the nuances at the application levelBe Innovative and create a roadmap of products by having a pool of selection of products for RFID readers, Rackets,Exit gatesVendor management:Responsible for managing the day to day operations with the vendorSetting process and expectations on the method of operations with the vendorProject management with the vendors to make sure they are held accountable for the deliverables by regularly staying in sync and follow up’sAbout CIEL HRCiel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry, powered by technology and analytics.
