The person will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and providing solutions to sell industrial oil. This role requires a technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales. The person should have strong integrity.Key Responsibilities:
- Take up the responsibility of selling various brands of oil launched in the Bangalore market
- Reach out to existing and newer customers to expand the market.
- Enter new industrial segments to expand the market (Beyond machine tooling)
- Lead a team of freshers/junior sales people across various locations of Bangalore
- Focus on revenues, profitability and month on month growth
- Contribute ideas in various marketing campaigns undertaken
- Constant relationship management with existing clients for repeat business
- Utilize sales software to maintain sales activities, track leads, and generate reports for management review.
