- Design, develop codes and test programs for SAP modules and functions using ABAP programming language.
- Creates specialized reports for SAP modules using ABAP programming language, should be proficient in RICEF.
- Design forms and screens for SAP modules using tools such as ADOBE forms, SAP script, Smart Forms and Screen Painter.
- Interact with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures with information technology and to identify customer solutions.
- Review project deliverables such as design document, configuration documents and create technical specifications.
- Providing technical input to support initial project planning and estimation process.
- Ensure daily monitoring of assigned Incidents and Change Requests to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches.
- Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue.
- Ensure updated technical documentation for primary technical support areas.
- Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary technical support areas.
- Provide standby or back-up support whenever required.
Required Technical Skills:
- Atleast 2+ years’ of hands-on experience in ABAP
- SAP Global Certification would be an added advantage.
- Enhancement and Modifications – User exists, Cust. Exits etc.
- ALV, Reports, ABAP Object-oriented programing techniques
- ADOBE forms
- SAP Forms / SAP Script
- Knowledge about Business Objects, BAPIs
- Idoc, ALE Interfaces
- Performance tuning tools knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP HANA – Focus ABAP
Qualifications
- Any Graduation or higher degree in Computer, Information Technology, or any IT degree (B.Sc(IT), MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc(Comp) etc.)
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members and stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
