Job description: Job Role: Senior ExecutiveJob Summary:The firm empower businesses by providing top-tier accounting and financial advisory services. We are looking for a Semi Qualified CA with 3 to 5 years of post qualification experience to join their dedicated team. This role offers you the opportunity to be the cornerstone of financial operations for their clients.Location: Basvangudi, Bangalore.Roles and responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding all aspects of their Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
- Manage daily accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, ETDS, PF, and Professional Tax.
- Collaborate with auditors to facilitate the year-end audit process.
- Conduct monthly reviews of Balance Sheets and P&L as part of financial closing.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and accounting operations
Requirements:
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- You bring at least 4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations, preferably in a customer-facing role within an accounting firm.
- Your analytical and problem-solving skills are top-notch.
- You are capable of working independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Residents of South Bangalore are highly preferred.
- This role is suited for individuals with relevant experience, not for freshers.
