We are looking for freshers with a minimum work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year who can effectively communicate with our clientele in Telugu. The role requires fluency in the Telugu language and aims at providing excellent customer service and support.Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in Telugu language (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Customer service orientation to address customer queries and concerns
- Active listening skills to understand and respond accordingly to customer needs
- Problem-solving skills to offer appropriate solutions and resolve issues
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations efficiently

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in the Telugu language while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Provide accurate information about training programs and placement services offered by CNR EdTech
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference
- Follow-up with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization
- Stay updated about the latest training programs and industry trends to better assist customers
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while dealing with customers
Expected salary: Rs.30000 per month
