Job description: Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to the customers to advertise company’s product and services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide information or resolving issues promptly.
- Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Adhere to specific communication scripts and guidelines set by the business to maintain professionalism and consistency in all customer interactions.
- Need to achieve individual and team sales goals by effectively promoting the benefits of products.
- Provide information to customers about the specifications, features, pricing, and benefits of the company’s products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalations quickly and professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing engaging and friendly communication
RequirementsQualification: * 12th or higher education
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills
