Job description: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about study abroad opportunities.Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses and universities based on their profiles.Assist students in the application process by guiding them on required documentation and procedures.Maintain a database of prospective students and track follow-ups and interactions.Address queries related to admissions, scholarships, and visa processes.Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the growth of the consultancy.Stay updated on the latest trends in foreign education and the services offered by various universities.RequirementsFreshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service.Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students.Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software.A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
