Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting Panacorp’s research guidance services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, aiming to convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Maintain and update a customer database with accurate and up-to-date information for follow-up and future engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and insights gathered from sales interactions to improve service offerings.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any arising issues promptly.
