Job description: Candidate Requirement :- Freshers or Experience (1-3 years in Telecalling B2C sales i.e Banking/Insurance/IT sales Outbound process)- Must Know Tamil Language (Fluent) & English as well.- Open for 6 days working with Rotational Shifts – Work time : 10 AM to 8 PM- Work from Office – Bellandur, Bangalore Job Responsibilities : – Sales Conversion & Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers. – Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. – Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns. – Share feedback from customers to improve products and services. – Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. – Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
