This role is integral to our sales and customer engagement operations, involving a combination of tele-sales and backend sales support. If you are passionate about sales, customer service, and contributing to the success of a reputable consultancy, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Provide detailed information about immigration processes, answer queries, and offer expert guidance during initial consultations.Deal Closure: Efficiently close deals with clients, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.Daily Operations: Manage and support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of sales and customer service processesOutbound Sales Calls: Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our immigration services and converting inquiries into appointments and sales.Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through systematic follow-ups, ensuring a high conversion rate.Backend Sales Support: Manage backend sales tasks including data entry, maintaining accurate client records, and updating sales databases.Client Engagement: Provide detailed information on immigration processes and services, address client queries, and offer expert guidance throughout the initial consultation phase.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and overall performance to help refine strategies and improve results.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient handling of client requirements.Qualifications:Education: Minimum of 12th grade (Inter pass) or equivalent.Experience: Sales experience or certification in sales is highly desirable. Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
