- Assist passengers with check-in procedures and luggage handling
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and airport property
- Operate and maintain airport equipment such as baggage handling systems, scanners, and conveyors
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and timely departures
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers and respond to their queries and concerns.
- Follow all airport rules and regulations and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy bags and stand for long periods of time
- Prior experience in the aviation industry will be an added advantage.
